How to apply

A grant submission should include the following information:
  • A brief description of the organisation submitting, with an indication of organisational mandate and competency in the area proposed.
  • A short outline of the project, including: aims and objectives, the need(s) to be addressed, the audience, the media and anticipated outcomes.
  • The timeline of the proposed project.
  • An overview of the project budget, income sources and expenses.
  • The amount of support requested from Pilgrim including if you are seeking a matching grant.
  • Contact details of one or more key contacts and creative participants.
  • Details of how the organisation learned of the Pilgrim awards.
  • Evidence of your organisation’s Tax Deductible (DGR) or Income Tax Exempt Charity (ITEC) status.
